Metplas uses modern, fully automated Injection Moulding Equipment to manufacture quality plastic products and components.
Our modern Engel Tie-bar-less moulding machines allow for large mould sizes and greater flexibility with access to robots and low-cost production. Robots and automation equipment have free access to the mould area, which means parts can be removed faster.
Our systems are based on ISO9001 and Occupational Health and Safety ISO4801 standards with the following capabilities:
